PRICES:  All prices are F.O.B. our nursery.  Prices are for the wholesale trade only and are subject to change without notice. 

TERMS OF SALE: Our terms are cash unless credit arrangements are made prior to sale. A 25% deposit is required on all orders reserved for pick up at a later date. Deposit is non-refundable.  All orders dug for customer pick up or delivery must be picked up or shipped within seven days of digging.  After seven days, the customer will be invoiced for the order.

DELIVERY: Delivery arrangements can be made with each order. Freight charges are due at time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipping.

LIABILITY: We are not responsible for injury to stock beyond our control, nor do we give any guarantee, expressed our implied, that the stock will live after leaving the nursery. When plants are picked up at our nursery, no liability for damage will be assumed after plants are loaded on your vehicle. Liability ceases upon delivery to trucking company except when delivered by us; then, liability ceases upon delivery to customer. In No Case Will Our Liability Exceed Purchase Price.

CLAIMS:  All scheduled orders will be processed as close as possible to the agreed upon delivery date, but we are not liable for delays due to problems beyond our control.  We will gladly correct any errors, but claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
